Description

This PR fixes issue #11126, listIsoOs API response will have format and physicalsize with this change.

@DaanHoogland a [SL] Jenkins job has been kicked to build packages. It will be bundled with KVM, XenServer and VMware SystemVM templates. I'll keep you posted as I make progress.

Verified the response with ready and non-ready ISOes, it's not returning size, physical size when templates are not ready.
